Our product range
We develop and distribute key equipment as well as turnkey production lines for the manufacturing of crystalline solar cells. Our product portfolio includes diffusion furnaces, PECVD systems, drying and fast firing furnaces as well as laser systems.
Suppliers manufacture other components for solar cell production for us according to our specifications and we integrate them into coordinated production lines. The production lines cover all process stages required to produce crystalline solar cells from silicon wafers.
We offer production lines customized to clients’ individual requirements with

- rapid ramp-up of production according to agreed delivery times
- including a guarantee relating to important performance parameters such as level of cell efficiency, yield and production capacity
Additionally to our turnkey production lines for the manufacture of crystalline solar cells we offer turnkey module production lines complementing our turnkey portfolio along the PV value chain.
Our subsidiary GP Solar completes our product range with optical measurement systems for quality and process control in solar cell production. The camera-based inspection systems offer optimal reliability and controllability of the measurement systems and guarantee consistent production quality.
