Turnkey module lines

We offer turnkey solutions for the manufacture of crystalline solar modules. Customer requirements are analyzed regarding automation level and production capacity and implemented in fab planning. The design allows an easy integration of new technologies and equipment into existing lines and a later upgrade of production capacities and automation levels. Our customers benefit from a maximum flexibility and are able to respond to short-term market needs while fabricating state-of-the-art solar modules on a long-term basis.

In addition to these customized production lines our portfolio contains price-optimized and standardized production lines for market entrants. Characterized by production capacities of up to 25 MWp and workstations of low automation level, this line concept allows start-ups and newcomers an ideal market entry to module production.

We guarantee important performance parameters such as throughput, yield and module power.

Even after installation we support our customers as a strong partner: due to more than 30 years of experience in the PV industry, we command an extensive process and technology know-how - especially in solar cell processing - which we pass directly on to our customers. Furthermore, we handle the process of module certification and offer the use of our sound R&D opportunities.

For automation and process integration, we are collaborating with Reis Robotics, one of the world´s leading suppliers for automation solutions within the automotive and photovoltaics industries.
