The environment

As a provider of technology, equipment and services for the production of solar silicon and solar cells, environmental considerations are a key part of our activities. Our objective is to further develop solar power, one of the most important sources of energy. We aim to enable our customers to produce silicon, wafers, solar cells and modules in an extremely eco-friendly and cost-effective way (in terms of €/Wp). In this way, we also help to sustain the natural basis of life and improve quality of life for people and our children in the future.

Social responsibility

We act on international, national, regional and local levels, bearing significant social responsibility. We are aware that assuming social responsibility is a key factor in sustainable corporate success. We make a significant contribution in this respect as a major employer in the region and at our locations as well as through our products and services in the regenerative energy sector.

We regard sponsoring as an important means of shouldering social responsibility. We regularly support projects in the fields of social enhancement, science and research, education, environment, culture, sport and in particular those that aim to generate interest in technology among children and young people.

Workforce

Highly motivated and qualified employees are the key to the success of our company. This is why we are increasingly undertaking measures to offer our employees development opportunities and ensure loyalty to the company. The wellbeing of our employees is another important aspect. A health action plan aims to foster the wellbeing and performance of our workforce. As a rapidly growing, future-oriented company, we also attach great importance to training and the development of junior staff.
