Thin-film technologies such as reactive sputtering, plasma etching, atomic layer deposition (ALD) and ultra short annealing of surfaces (Flash RTP) are among the key competences of FHR. Besides cluster type and roll-to-roll type equipment for various thin-film processing on small dimensioned and flexible substrates, FHR provides inline type systems for large area coating.
GP Solar GmbH with its headquarters in Constance provides products, consultancy services and technology for photovoltaics with a focus on quality control and process technology for the manufacturing of solar cells and solar modules.

Michael Glatt Maschinenbau GmbH has established itself as a market leader for pressure containers and apparatus for the chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology industries, among other industrial sectors. The company's particular strength lies in its many years of experience in building chlorosilane containers, and in welding technology.
centrotherm power solutions GmbH headquartered in Vienna (Austria) applies its many years of specialist knowledge in large plant construction and strengthens the EPC project management (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Supervision) for the construction of turnkey production facilities.
