Summary of all 2010 publications in accordance with § 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG)

According to § 10 Section 1 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG) centrotherm photovoltaics AG as a issuer of shares authorized for trading in a regulated market, is obliged to make an “annual declaration” available to the public at least once a year. This is mainly a summary, in the form of a list, of all information that has been made available to the public, in compliance with certain securities related regulations, during the previous twelve months (January 1st until December 31, 2010).

The following laws are applying for centrotherm photovoltaics AG according to:
1. §§ 15, 15a, 26, 30b section 1 and section 2, §§ 30e, 30f Abs. 2, §§ 37v, 37w, 37x, 37y, 37z Abs. 4 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG)
2. §§ 42 section 1 of the German Stock Exchange Act (BörsenG)
