Rolf Hans Hartung holds a 15 percent stake in TCH GmbH, a company in which his son Robert M. Hartung is the majority shareholder. TCH GmbH held a total of 10,581,192 shares in centrotherm photovoltaics AG shares as of December 31, 2010. Besides this, Supervisory Board members hold no shares in the company.
