Our product range

centrotherm provides technology, key equipment and integrated solutions for the manufacturing of metallurgical grade and polysilicon as well as for ingot and wafer production.

Our product portfolio starts at the early stage of producing metallurgical grade silicon as raw material for high performance polysilicon production. centrotherm provides an Engineered Metallurgical Silicon (EMS) package consisting of three main key equipment – the Silicon Micro Smelting Furnace, Refining Equipment and EMS Granulation Equipment as well as auxiliary units.

For the manufacture of polysilicon, we provide CVD Reactors as well as STC-TCS Converters and the respective Vent Gas Recovery (VGR) system. Our product portfolio also includes the Lab CVD Reactor for quality assurance as well as research and training purposes.

In the field of Ingot & Wafer, we have developed a Ingot Furnace based on the principle of directional solidification for the manufacture of multi-crystalline ingots. For the subsequent processing of the ingots, we supply Squaring and Cropping Equipment based on diamond wire technology.

All of our products are distinguished by comparatively low process energy consumption and high production capacity. They guarantee a high degree of silicon purity and outstanding product quality.
