For the manufacture of polysilicon, we provide CVD Reactors as well as STC-TCS Converters and the respective Vent Gas Recovery (VGR) system. Our product portfolio also includes the Lab CVD Reactor for quality assurance as well as research and training purposes.

Engineering and project management services for the planning and realization of integrated ingot and wafer production lines complete the portfolio.
