Lab CVD Reactor
For process quality assurance and process parameter optimization of polysilicon plants

centrotherm SiTec Lab CVD Reactors are designed and manufactured to ensure process quality assurance in polysilicon production. The deployment of our Lab CVD Reactors assures TCS quality in the feed to the evaporator prior to production. They can also be used for staff training and process optimization.
