Service Hour Packages
Service framework contract with centrotherm rebate system
Together with our customers, we initially determine the specific service hour needs for a 12 month period based on the existing equipment installation and production environment. Thus, we create a tailored service framework contract under the consideration of the scale of discount.
For the follow-up period the utilized service hours of the expired 12 months are verified and the rebate level is determined.
If the service hour package turns out to be insufficient, it can always be increased using the same terms and conditions.
