Our products

We develop and distribute turnkey production lines as well as key equipment for the manufacture of CIGS thin film modules. Our product portfolio includes vacuum plasma coating systems for sputtering molybdenum, copper, indium, gallium and zincoxide as well as proprietary selenization systems for deposition and thermal conversion to CIGS. Our technology offers convenient scalability for mass production, combined with high module efficiency levels. Our partners/suppliers produce additional components for thin film modules according to our specifications that we integrate into coordinated production lines.

The production lines cover all process stages required to produce thin film modules. We offer drilling and edge seaming equipment for the preparation of substrates prior to module production as an option.

Our customized production lines have an annual production capacity of  50 MWp – optional clusters of 100 MWp are available according to customer requirements – and feature
