Selenium system
For selenium deposition and activation of the CIGS absorber
The centrotherm photovoltaics Selenium system consists of the atmospheric pressure deposition equipment for selenium and the conveyor furnace for activating the complete CIGS (Copper Indium Gallium Diselenide) absorber film. The system is completed by internal automated handling tools of the glass substrates and the exhaust treatment system for recovering excess selenium. The system is integrated in a turnkey production line for CIGS modules with conversion efficiencies of at least 12% in glass-glass thin film modules.
